All new and Used bicycle sales are final. No returns will be accepted. The only exception will be when buying the bicycle as a surprise gift. In this case the item may only be exchanged. Approval from a Wyckoff Cycle LLC manager must be made to the receipt at the time of sale. The receipt must be presented for the exchange. This applies to items purchased or picked up in store.
Parts, Accessories, and Aparel
Unused, Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned. This return must be within 14 days of the sales receipt date. The original sales receipt must accompany the return. Any Exceptions will be approved in writing by a Wyckoff Cycle LLC manager at the time of the sale. This applies to Items purchased or picked up in store.
After Sale Service
We stand behind the products we sell. For this reason all new bicycles purchased in store receive a complimentary 1 year of service and free pro build. New bikes have a break in period where components will settle and need to be rechecked. We recommend bringing the bicycle back after 30 days or about 50 miles of riding. Of course if something feels off please bring it in immediately. Riding on loose or out of adjustment components may damage them which would void any manufacturer warranty. This complimentary service cover's adjustment's only. It does not cover repairs from accidents, mis-use or neglect. Furthermore replacement of wear items such as but not limited to tires, tubes, brake pads, grips, cable's and chains are not covered.
Used bikes will be covered for a period of 30 days. The 30 day warrnaty covers adjustment's only. Damage's from accidents, mis-use or neglect will not be covered.
In Store Pickup
Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
On-Line Orders and Returns
In the event we ship you the wrong item. we must be notified by e-mail within 7 days. A Return Authorization Number and a Call tag will be issued. Once we receive the item and upon it passing inspection the New Correct item will be shipped no charge.
Damaged goods - Concealed damage: Inspect your items As soon as you receive them. If you find hidden damages we must be notified by e-mail within 48 hours of receipt. Situations like these will be handled on a case by case basis.
Visible damage. In the event a package shows up damaged you must note this with the shipping carrier before signing for the package. In the event your item is destroyed and must be reimbursed a claim must be made with the shipping carrier immediately! If the package is absolutely destroyed you have the right to refuse the shipment.
Returns - New and Used bike sales are final, these items are not eligible for return. Parts, accessories and apparel are eligible for return up to 14 days after the sale. These items must be received as New, unused with the original packaging in tact. Wyckoff Cycle LLC is not responsible for return shipping on these items. Items not returned in New, Unused condition will be subject to a restocking fee of 10%.
Special order items are not eligible for return. A 20% deposit is required for all special orders. If you choose to cancel your item after our supplier has shipped only half of the deposit will be returned.
