Wyckoff Cycle LLC Shipping Details

New and Used Bikes
All bike sales are final.

If you are ordering a bike online for home delivery, bikes will be disassembled as minimally as possible for shipment, but professional assembly is strongly recommended. If you are not comfortable or have no experience tuning a bicycle, we strongly suggest hiring a local professional for final assembly and tuning

Exception: If you're buying a bike as a surprise gift, exchanges are allowed with manager approval noted on the receipt at the time of purchase. The original receipt must be presented for the exchange. This policy applies to bikes purchased or picked up in-store.

Parts, Accessories, and Apparel
Unused, unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.

Exceptions: Any special approvals must be noted in writing by a Wyckoff Cycle LLC manager at the time of sale. This policy applies to items purchased or picked up in-store.

After-Sale Service
We stand behind our products.

New Bikes:

  • All new bikes purchased in-store include a free professional build and one year of complimentary service for adjustments.
  • Since new bikes go through a break-in period, we recommend bringing yours back after 30 days or 50 miles for a checkup.
  • If something feels off, bring it in immediately — riding with loose or misaligned components can cause damage and may void the manufacturer’s warranty.

Important Notes:

  • Complimentary service covers adjustments only; it does not include accident damage, misuse, or neglect.
  • Wear items such as tires, tubes, brake pads, grips, cables, and chains are not covered.

Used Bikes:

  • Used bikes include 30 days of complimentary adjustments.
  • This does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect.
  • In-Store Pickup
    Most orders are ready within 2-3 business days. However, some items may require extra processing time for transfer or assembly.
  • We'll notify you by phone or email when your order is ready for pickup.
  • Need it sooner? Please call us to confirm availability before visiting.
  • Unless special arrangements are made, orders must be picked up within 15 days to avoid a 10% restocking fee.

Online Orders & Returns

Wrong Item Received:

  • If we ship the wrong item, notify us by email within 7 days.
  • We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number and a call tag for return shipping.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll send the correct product at no extra charge.

Damaged Goods:

  • Concealed Damage: Inspect your items upon arrival. If hidden damage is found, notify us by email within 48 hours. These situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Visible Damage: If a package arrives visibly damaged, note it with the carrier before signing.
    • If the item is destroyed, file a claim with the carrier immediately.
    • For severely damaged packages, you have the right to refuse delivery.

Returns:

  • New & Used Bikes: All bike sales are final and not eligible for return.
  • Parts, Accessories & Apparel: Returns are accepted within 14 days if items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt.
  • Wyckoff Cycle LLC is not responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items not returned in new, unused condition may incur a 10% restocking fee.

Special Orders
Special order items are not eligible for return.

A 20% deposit is required for all special orders. If you cancel your order after the supplier has shipped, only half of the deposit will be refunded.

Layaway
You have 90 days to complete payment on layaway items.

If no payments are made within 90 days, the layaway will be canceled, and deposits will not be refunded.

Gift Cards
Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable.

If an item purchased with a gift card is returned, a new gift card will be issued for the return value.

Service & Repair
Bicycles not collected within 30 days of completion will incur a $10 storage fee. An additional $10 will be charged per week.
Repairs not claimed after 1 year will be considered abandoned and become property of Wyckoff Cycle LLC.

We protect your information during transmission using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, ensuring your data remains secure. When displaying account information, we only show the last five digits of your credit card number. You can also choose whether or not to save your credit card information in your online account.
